Octavian Thor Pleter is a multidisciplinary scientific researcher, with a wide scope of research in aerospace engineering. He is Associate Professor and Ex-Dean of the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering, University Politehnica of Bucharest, responsible for the new programs of studies Air Navigation (since 2009) and Air Transport Engineering (since 2013). He teaches Air Navigation Systems and Avionics.
