Dr Neil Ebenezer is a member of the Climate Compatible Programme (CCG) and a member of the High Volume Transport advisory panel, that is funded by FCDO.
Neil has a broad scientific knowledge with a degree in Biotechnology from Dublin City University. He obtained a PhD from the Institute of Ophthalmology (UCL), on the genetics of ocular diseases. Neil subsequently held various posts within the civil service, including; the Department of Health, the Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) at the Department of Transport.
Neil was the Director of Research, Policy and Innovation at the charity Fight for Sight, before joining the Department for International Trade as a Medical Technologist Specialist.
